Maybe tonight I'll fall

HELLO AGAIN FELLOW READERS

This is maybe my second? blog, I don't know, I'm still getting used to the whole blog system thing-a-ma-jig.

Haha

Soo!!! Maybe I should post a little about myself just in case people read this, but I have no idea how to tell if anyone has read this. Ha, I don't even know if I'm doing it right.
Ok
Let's begin now.

Hi there! As you may have guessed by now, my name is Anne-Maree. I am 17 years old at the moment, and my birthday is on May 6.
I am a dancer, and I go to a full time dance school in Brisbane, Australia. Oh yeah, I live in Queensland, Australia. Look it up! It's a lovely place.
So, Queensland. I moved to QLD on December 17, 2006. So on December 17 this year (2010) I will have lived here for 4 whole years. When I say it like that I always have to wonder where the time has gone. I moved here with my family from New South Wales, and at the time I was a stupid 14 year old whinger and didn't want to leave and I thought that my life was going to end, but in reality, it was the best thing that my family could have done. I don't miss NSW at all, I love my life up here too much.

I don't have a boyfriend, and I don't really care what happens at the moment. My love life is a bit tragic, the last guy I was seeing just said to me one night "we have to talk....I have a girlfriend now". Just like that...sad, I know. Haha. So yeah, it wasn't fun. But I know to move on because there is no point dwelling on the relationship that never was or what could have been. I have learnt to live in the present and just embrace what life throws at me with open arms!

I love dancing so much. I have been dancing for about....11 years? It doesn't really show, but full time dancing is really shaping me up a bit, except that injury is a bitch and I've been injured since February, so I haven't improved MUCH. But yeah, the story of how I started dancing. Well, I was 6 years old at the time, I had lived in Goulburn for about...2 years, and I was in year 1 at my primary school. I was a T-Ball player, and was just about to be upgraded to Softball, when one day my mum came up to me and showed me a newspaper clipping of a new dance studio starting up called Southern Highlands Theatre School of Ballet. Mum was like "Do you want to try it out" and I was like "...well, if I try that, I'll have to quit T-Ball....Ok, I'll give it a go" And thus, a dancer was born. Haha, I'm kidding. I started and all was good, so I went to that school until 2006 when we moved to QLD. So up in QLD, I had to find a new dance school. So we found Phantom Dance School (the only reason I'm saying these dance studios names is because they don't exist any more). So yeah, Phantom. That was a good school. Then my ballet teacher bought the school, and named it something else, but because that dance school still exists, I won't tell you what it is called...we'll just call it 'Image'. So I went to Phantom for one year, then it became Image, then I went to Image for two years, after the first year of Image, the owner sold it to the other teacher we had, and she still owns it today, whilst the previous owner went to teach in Brisbane. So Image still exists, and I went there until the end of 2009. Near the end of '09, I decided I wanted to further my education in dance because I wasn't doing too well in school and I hated where my dancing was going. So I auditioned for a full time dance school, and got accepted. So I go there now. Haha. So that is the story of my dancing.

And, back to the present. I'm sure you're very bored now reading about that. So I'll wrap this blog up for now!

So long, farewell, and until we meet again, enjoy your life!
