Sour lollies

In Sydney, there was this shop called "The British Lolly Shop" where absolutely everything is imported from Britain, it's awesome. So we went in there to have a look and there was this statue standing out the front, so I demanded I get a photo with him. His name was Stanley, here he is...

Anyway, we went in and the shopkeeper was wonderful, he came up to me and my mum and our two friends and said to each of us something like 'sweet or sour' so I said sour, then he said strong or HOLY CRAP, so I said holy crap. He passed me a green sour lolly that I tasted and it was the damn sourest thing I've ever had in my life!!! So I bought a packet haha. He was saying to us that because everything is imported from Britain, nothing tastes the same to what we have here, even the Cadbury chocolate, and I wanted to get some but I didn't want to spend too much money. Another day I ended up buying scorched almonds coated in chocolate from an amazing chocolate shop anyway.

The other night I went to a We, The Relentless gig, and it was the first time I've ever heard them. You guys know We, The Relentless hey? Stef's boyfriend Matt is the lead singer and my friend Dylan is the drummer and his brother Jesse is the synth player...anyway! THEY WERE EFFING AMAZING! I wasn't really expecting much which isn't very nice of me and I'm not really into their genre of music, but I want to support my friends and I was really excited to finally see them. And they started and I was just gobsmacked, I swear if Stef and I weren't dancing about I would've just been standing there with my mouth open...they're so talented and crazy amazing and I'm proud to say that I know them because they are just an incredibly talented bunch of guys and good luck to them because I really hope they go far with the whole band thing. You guys were awesome, seriously.

So now I've been nice, I've said my song of the Post, I've posted photos...I think I'm done here for the day haha catcha later readers!

Oh yeah! Today was the first day back at dancing....owies..
